Clean hotel and in a quiet street, well-equipped rooms. A lounge and a kitchen area in the room and the very comfy bed. Location very close to Gora station and park and public transport and the sightseeing spots in Hakone. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Restaurant Shunsai nearby. Such a lovely stay for the price.

The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. the rooms are spacious, clean, and feel new. It's conveniently located near Gora Station and in a peaceful residential area. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The place is little, the staff are very helpful and caring.

Thoroughly enjoyed Hakone. the hotel was recently renovated in the mountains. - the staff was well-mannered, excellent all the time. - It had an exceptionally nice location right by Hakone-Yumoto train station. - Reasonably close to the cable car station.

Hotel Hakone Terrace Annex offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location. It is near the train station and easily accessible via the cable car. The hotel is also close to popular sightseeing spots in Hakone. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, with separate sleeping spaces and a kitchen area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing early check-in for guests with children. The facilities are beyond expectations, including the yuen-sen in a nearby place. it provides a pleasant and enjoyable experience for guests.

The value for money at Terrace Annex was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a nice kitchen table. The location was great, just a short walk downhill to Gora station. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

terrace annex was a delightful surprise, surpassing our previous hakone stay. the staff went above and beyond, picking us up and dropping us off at the station. the apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. the thoughtful gifts and the grandpa-aged receptionist who spoke fluent english made our experience even more special.

Tricky to navigate with big suitcases.

Lovely place! Despite language barrier, staff allowed early check-in at no extra cost. Very clean room and well worth the price. Would have liked to stay longer!
